Rich Gomberg has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations and strategic planning. Rich has held management positions at various early to mid stage software and life science companies including DermTech International, EPIC Solutions, St. Bernard Software and Ventura Software. Most recently, Rich was Vice President, CFO of Sound Health Solutions (formerly known as iVOW), a publicly traded company. Rich has a well rounded background that includes expertise in corporate governance, financial reporting, budget development and contract negotiations. He has participated in numerous debt and equity financings and M&A transactions. Rich began his career as a CPA at Deloitte & Touche in Chicago. He has a BA from the University of Illinois and is a California certified public accountant. |
