Ed is the founder and Managing
Partner of CFO Connect™.
He has over twenty years of financial management experience that include start-ups and fortune 50 companies in the
life sciences and technology industries. Ed has served in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer for a number of companies,
including Electron, Inc., Fluid Systems - Allied-Signal, Inc., Newpoint Corporation - Proxima Corporation and Nextec Applications,
Inc. In the course of building and managing business, Ed has participated in several mergers and acquisitions,
successfully raised over $100 million in equity financing and completed numerous debt financings both domestically and internationally. Ed has served on the Board of Directors for JMAR Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: JMAR),
where he was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, Fluid
Systems International, Ltd, Consultant Locator.com, Inc. Tribal Luck, LLC and Nextec Applications International, Ltd Pte. Ed currently serves on the Board of Directors for LetsGoRobotics and the University of San Diego, School of Business Alumni Association. Ed has a BA degree from the University of
California, San Diego, Revelle
College and an MBA degree from the University
of San Diego. Ed has also completed executive education courses
in Corporate Governance at Harvard Business School.

Jon is a partner with CFO Connect™. Jon is also a founder and principal member of Value Management Group, LLC with offices in Dallas, TX and Nashville,
TN. Value Management Group provides financial and strategic advisory services
to healthcare companies across the United States. Their focus is the development
of valuation analysis, business plans, financial structures, operational restructurings, compensation structures and investment
strategies for healthcare clients. Jon is also a founder and partner of Practice
Performance Inc. (PPI). PPI is a third party outsourcing firm located in Dallas
providing back office operations to surgical practices in Texas and Colorado. He
is also founder and partner of PracticeTech, Inc.
PracticeTech is a provider of technology hardware solutions and support within the healthcare market. Prior to founding Value Management Group, Jon was with the financial advisory services group of Ernst &
Young. He participated in the organizational and financial restructuring of clients
undergoing change, assisted clients in the preparation and implementation of comprehensive strategic and business plans, and
was responsible for the development of the firm’s shareholder value initiatives.
Jon holds an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
