Our company's primary service is providing early and mid stage companies with part-time CFO's. Our
qualified CFO's serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer through a long-term, part-time relationship, with
the amount of time devoted determined by the needs of the company. In this role,
we perform all of the traditional duties of a Chief Financial Officer. We work
with the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and management team as the senior financial member. CFO Connect™ works at the strategic planning level, assisting the management team in moving the business toward
the direction envisioned by the company’s business plan. This approach
allows the Chief Executive Officer and the senior managers to devote full energies
to what they do best - and do that with a solid foundation of financial information to guide their decision making and their
course of action.
In addition to CFO services, CFO Connect™ also provides Board services, assisting
the Board of Directors on finanical matters or serving as the Financial Expert on boards and/or Audit Committees. We
also provide project based business and financial management assistance,
infrastructure development, benefit solutions. risk management solutions and information technology services. We concentrate our expertise in the San Diego area and provide services nationally through our affiliate
